What does your Church believe?
In a nutshell... We believe God is real. We believe that Jesus Christ is God in the flesh and that he really lived, died, and rose again to forgive our sins. We believe the Holy Spirit is alive and well, doing great things among us! We believe the Bible is the authoritative Word of God. We believe prayer is powerful and effective. We believe Heaven and Hell are real destinations, depending on whether or not you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. We believe every Christian is called to service and spiritual growth. We believe we need one another to walk through the sometimes difficult journey of life together! And we believe we'd love to meet you!
I'm divorced... I'm a single parent... I used to do some really bad stuff... I'm not perfect... (Fill in the blank)... Can I still come to church?
Yes!!! Absolutely!!! At St. Thomas we know that nobody's perfect (including us!) so everybody's welcome to come and know the God of grace, love, mercy, and forgiveness! We hope to see you this Sunday morning!
